The Network of Advanced Specialty Healthcare (NASH) has engaged AspenBeach Consulting to recruit a Controller. NASH is a U.S.-based healthcare innovator committed to reducing drug costs and expanding access to life-saving specialty medications. We offer over 450 brand-name drugs sourced directly from manufacturers or licensed wholesalers, ensuring authenticity through a secure supply chain.
As part of our patient-centered model, we partner with licensed pharmacies in Canada and Mexico to deliver uninterrupted therapies via personal importation or direct shipment to our US based customers. Our approach fosters true patient-physician relationships and delivers 40–60%+ savings for employers, brokers, and patients.

JOB DESCRIPTION
A rare opportunity to be part of a healthcare team that will shape a developing delivery system, globally. This position has the immediate potential to contribute to the strategic development of company growth. Our employees are the heart of our business and key to ensuring that our customers’ needs are met, and they achieve the best outcome. The focus will be oversight of all financial affairs of the organization and prepare financial analyses of operations, which would include interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules. This position will help shape the company’s financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with the financial community, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of financial reports. The position will supervise general accounting, assist with budgetary controls, and help the company to improve revenue and profit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development, analysis, and interpretation of statistical and accounting information to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization.
- Maintains the company’s system of accounts and keeps books and records on all company transactions and assets. Will assist in evaluating the proper platform, i.e., QuickBooks, etc. for company financial record-keeping.
- Manages and coordinates all audits that include any financial information (i.e., insurance audits, annual audit, etc.), which includes the preparation of all year-end financial information and financial statements for the annual audit with an external audit firm.
- Supports and provides information to external accountants for tax planning and compliance with all federal, state, and local corporate, payroll, and other applicable taxes.
- Evaluates and recommends insurance coverage for protection for Directors and Officers and potential liabilities.
- Responsible for reporting and compliance with all state and local sales & use taxes
- Will aide in the development of pricing proposals to be used for sales and market activities
- Oversee the billing and invoicing activities within the revenue cycle
- Lead all processes to perform monthly close, audits, tax preparation, and other general accounting tasks
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in the United States
- Satisfactory completion reference and background checks

- Competitive market base salary depending on skills and experience (range $125,000 to $135,000)

Patient Coordinator, Enrollment

The Network of Advanced Specialty Healthcare (NASH) has engaged AspenBeach Consulting to recruit a Patient Coordinator, Enrollment. The successful candidate will be a licensed pharmacy technician and possess a progressively responsible background in delivering patient/customer care and advocacy in specialty drug delivery, case management, or patient advocacy.

We are currently seeking:
A Patient Coordinator, Enrollment to deliver compassionate, high-touch support to our customer patients. This role ensures seamless medication access, continuity of therapy, and personalized service throughout the patient journey. This position is responsible for all new patient enrollment tasks including paperwork completion, data entry, medical records keeping and pharmacy coordination. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate patient enrollment process by assisting patient with enrollment paperwork, procuring prescription information, and creating electronic medical records
- Coordinate personal importation and direct shipment logistics between patient and pharmacy
- Contribute to the development of program protocols, identifying best practices for patient medical file management and engaging with patients to ensure patient satisfaction
- Be a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and collaborate with all NASH team members to ensure that all aspects of patient enrollment and retention are in place to successfully grow patient pool
- Educate patients, providers, and employers on NASH’s specialty pharmacy model
- Prevent therapy interruptions by managing timelines and patient communications
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and documentation standards
- Collaborate with brokers, employers, and internal teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide empathetic, timely support to patients throughout their treatment journey
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in patient services and pharmacy coordination within the specialty or mail order space
- Pharmacy Technician license
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA, pharmacy regulations, and importation protocols
- The ability to communicate complex medical information clearly to diverse patient populations with culturally sensitive communication for equitable access to care and patient advocacy
- Ability to work in the United States
- Satisfactory completion reference and background checks
